Richard Haworth supports local multibank alongside former PM and mayor

Over £14,000 of Richard Haworth items donated to families in need

Richard Haworth, bed, bath and table linen to the hospitality sector, is backing a local distribution project which is already supporting hundreds of families in need across Greater Manchester.

Richard Haworth’s managing director, Raj Ruia was delighted to attend the launch of The Brick’s new charity initiative, The Brick-by-Brick Project, recently in Wigan, alongside Greater Manchester Mayor, Andy Burnham, and former Prime Minister, Gordon Brown.

The initiative, operated by the anti-poverty charity, benefits from the invaluable expertise, goods and support of retailers including Richard Haworth, and third sector partners across Greater Manchester. The linen manufacturer supported the launch with a donation of over £14,000 of brand new bed linens, towels and bedding.

Ruia said: “It was an honour to attend the launch of such an important initiative. At a time when so many are struggling with the cost of living, we look forward to continuing to support The Brick-by-Brick Project in 2023 and beyond.”

Richard Haworth’s range of bed, bath and table linens are created using the highest quality fabric and are used by some of the most prestigious hotels, restaurants and spas across the country.
