Miele launches new smart app for communal laundry sites

The professional division of Miele has launched a new smart technology app to streamline and revolutionise the use of laundry operations within communal laundry sites in the UK.

appWash will allow users living in student accommodation, holiday parks or residential complexes to reserve washing machines and dryers online and pay for use without the need for cash, instead using the appWash PAY function.

An innovative service created by Miele Operations and Payment Solutions GmbH, appWash connects the entire laundry room through an all-in-one digital platform, making life easier for laundry operators.

The app can be downloaded free of charge on both IOS and Android platforms. appWash RELAX is an extended service for no extra cost and provides a complete all-round service ranging from the procurement of the machines and technical maintenance to complete outsourcing without any additional expenditure.
