Luxury Textiles partners with former Fishers commercial director to expand hospitality growth

Luxury Textiles, the Scotland-based designer and supplier of bespoke hospitality garments, has announced a new strategic partnership with experienced industry executive Scott Inglis, formerly commercial director at Fishers, one of Scotland’s largest commercial laundry operators.

The move is aimed at accelerating the company’s expansion across the Scottish hospitality sector and wider UK market, strengthening its position in the growing demand for customised, brand-led uniform solutions.

Expanding Presence in Hospitality Workwear

Luxury Textiles specialises in creating tailored garment wardrobes for hotels, restaurants and premium hospitality venues. It already supplies some of Scotland’s leading establishments, including Gleneagles Hotel and Townhouse, Cromlix, Estelle, Edinburgh Grand and The Torridon.

The partnership with Inglis marks a significant step in the company’s growth strategy, with a focus on scaling its commercial reach across the hospitality sector.

Inglis brings extensive experience from within the textile services and laundry industry. During his time at Fishers, he played a key role in developing the company’s strong position in the Scottish hospitality market, having originally joined as finance director in 2012 before moving into the role of commercial director.

Industry Expertise Driving Growth Ambitions

Luxury Textiles says Inglis will support the business in expanding its customer base by leveraging his established relationships across the hospitality and tourism sectors.

Billy McNeill, director at Luxury Textiles, said the partnership strengthens the company’s commercial capability and industry reach: “Scott’s a class act and one of the best-connected people in the industry. I’m confident that, together, we can take Luxury Textiles to the next level and introduce an even wider audience to the benefits of custom and bespoke, brand-relevant clothing for their people.”

Inglis said he is looking to build on his experience within Scotland’s textile services sector to support hospitality operators with high-quality, branded uniform solutions. “I’m proud of what was achieved at Fishers and I want to bring the same approach to helping Scotland’s fantastic hospitality sector to kit their people out in the best uniforms and brand clothing that we can design and produce for them,” he said.

Focus on Sustainable, Bespoke Garment Solutions

Luxury Textiles provides an end-to-end service combining design, production and supply of bespoke hospitality uniforms. The company emphasises sustainability as a core principle, offering garments made using 100 per cent recycled fabrics alongside more traditional textile solutions.

Its approach combines creative design with commercial practicality, ensuring garments are both brand-aligned and operationally suitable for hospitality environments.
