LCT expands team with third generation appointment
Welcome Adryen!
The Laundry & Cleaning Today team has grown with the appointment of Adryen Bayley-Gleed as business manager. Adryen is the third generation from the family that founded Laundry & Cleaning Today back in 1992.
Adryen will work directly alongside publisher Tina Gleed and MEG Events MD, Mark Gleed. She will support the team with the general running of the publication and the various industry events organised through MEG Events.
Tina Gleed, publisher said, “When looking for some general support we didn’t need to look far! Adryen is our daughter-in-law and we’re delighted that she’s involved in the family business. My father, Jack Fowler, started the publication 31 years ago and it’s been in the family ever since.”
“In recent years the business has grown to include all the industry events we have under the MEG Events umbrella, such as CleanEx and the LADAs, as well as our sister publication, Housekeeping Today UK and the Hotel Housekeeping Honours awards. An extra pair of hands will help us to continue to run these successful and growing events effectively and efficiently.” Adryen said: “I am excited to be taking on this new challenge – having worked for a large commercial construction company as a project/ design manager – this new venture presents an amazing opportunity to learn and help grow both the publications and events side of the business, and I am really looking forward to meeting and engaging with as many clients as possible.”
Adryen will be an additional point of contact for all things Laundry & Cleaning Today and MEG Events. You’ll find her details in page 2 of Laundry & Cleaning Today where we list all our contact information. Welcome Adryen!
