Laundryheap extends partnership with UnderTheDoormat
On-demand laundry and drycleaning platform Laundryheap has announced an extension to their partnership with UnderTheDoormat, a luxury home accommodation service that provides modern living for guests seeking hotel-quality in the comfort of a home.
The partnership moves Laundryheap from solely supplying linen to UnderTheDoormat properties, to becoming a laundry and drycleaning partner for all of UnderTheDoormat’s guests and homeowners. Members will receive a 10 per cent exclusive introductory discount to Laundryheap’s on-demand service, allowing them to enjoy world-class comfort without any hassle.
Laundryheap’s services are currently available across UnderTheDoormat’s portfolio of luxury homes in London. The on-demand service operates a door-to-door service that includes contactless pick-ups and drop-offs, with a guaranteed 24-hour turnaround time for any laundry that guests and homeowners leave in their care.
The renewed partnership comes as Laundryheap looks to foster more partnerships in 2022. Laundryheap experienced unprecedented demand from the service and hospitality industry last year, growing over 300 per cent as demand for reliable and socially-distanced laundry solutions skyrocketed. Their quick turnaround and contactless delivery option enables accommodation owners to adhere to the highest standards of hygiene, safety and social distancing, without compromising on the quality of service experienced by guests.
James Brown, operations director of UnderTheDoormat, comments: “We continue to grow the number of owners we work with as market demand reaches new highs and having a reliable partner to provide hotel quality linens, laundry and drycleaning services for our guests is an important part of our growth strategy. Our customers tend to be similarly minded consumers and the overlap between people who value a high quality service to manage their home and who seek high quality laundry and drycleaning services demonstrates our ability to better serve our customers on both sides.
“It’s great to be working with a partner who shares our values, having worked together on the NHS Homes initiative to deliver crucial accommodation for NHS and key workers during the pandemic.
“The partnership with LaundryHeap is just one more reason why UnderTheDoormat is leading in serving high end homeowners and guests in the London short term rental market.”
Deyan Dimitrov, CEO and co-founder of Laundryheap, comments: “We’re excited to extend our partnership with UnderTheDoormat and offer upgraded services to their guests and homeowners across London. Our exclusive discount and 24-hour guaranteed turnaround time allows guests to get their laundry and drycleaning needs met with minimal hassle and maximum convenience.
“This upgraded partnership is an important step in allowing Laundryheap to become the preferred option for quick, affordable and eco-friendly laundry across London. We look forward to continuing our work with UnderTheDoormat and easing guests’ concerns about the accessibility and efficiency of laundry to provide them with an excellent service in 2022.”
