Roll up! Roll up!

We’re going to be having all the fun of the fair on Brighton’s seafront as The LADAs 2024 are shaping up to be a must-attend event.

Just about 10 weeks to go until the event at The Grand Brighton and the team are reporting record bookings. Over 200 tickets have been sold and the finalists have yet to be announced, which always generates large volumes of ticket sales. Organisers suggest you book now to avoid disappointment.

This year the event is not only looking like it will be the biggest yet, it’s even more special as it’s the 10th anniversary of the Laundry and Drycleaning Awards. Founders and organisers of the Awards Mark and Tina Gleed said;”

The awards first launched in 2014 after establishing a gap in the market to identify and celebrate the best in the industry. Our first event was so small by comparison to what you see at the LADAs now. We had about 60 people in a room at The Royal Berkshire Conference Centre in Reading. “It was a success, but we knew it needed to be bigger. Better. More prestigious. So, in 2016, we moved the event to Mercedes-Benz World. It became a glittering gala dinner and black-tie event that people have got to know and love. 245 people came to that event.

Year on year it just kept growing. We moved the event to The Grand Brighton last year and 350 guests arrived in style to the Empress Suite. There was a huge storm that day too! Storm Ciaran. We thought people would never make it, but they did!”

This year the event returns to the Empress Suite at The Grand Brighton – the largest sea-facing conference suite in the UK. “We’re going to need the space!” add the Gleeds. “With record bookings of over 200 bookings before the finalists are even announced is unprecedented!

This year really will be the biggest and the best yet! What a way to celebrate 10 years! See you there!”
