Johnsons Workwear shortlisted for customer service awards.

Johnsons Workwear has demonstrated its commitment to a positive customer experience by being shortlisted for two awards in the prestigious Institute of Customer Service UK Customer Satisfaction Awards 2020. The company was selected for Best Use of Customer Insight and Quality Service Provider of the Year from a host of other entries from businesses across the UK, and is listed among some major UK brands.

“This is the only customer services award run by the professional body for customer service and is therefore a true mark of success,” commented Helen Wood, managing director for Johnsons Workwear. “We are proud of the great customer service which lies at the heart of our company’s values and of our staff who are so committed to delivering a positive customer experience. This is a fantastic achievement!”

The awards event will take place on 3 March at the Hilton in London. Johnsons Workwear will compete, amongst other shortlisted companies, with Zurich UK, Electricity North West, Welsh Water, the Disclosure and Barring Service and Her Majesty’s Passport Office to bring home the trophies.
