Support for industry families financially affected by Coronavirus

A reminder for those in the industry of the Fashion & Textile Children’s Trust (FTCT) and the support the charity can offer, particularly in light of the Coronavirus. FTCT is reaching out to both employees and employers whose income has been or is likely to be affected by closures, short-hours or potential lay-offs as a result of Coronavirus.

FTCT offers grants towards the cost of essential items for children aged between 0-18 years, whose parent/carer works in the UK fashion and textile industry

If there are dependents aged 0-18 within the family and parents are experiencing financial difficulty due to loss of income, an FTCT grant could cover the cost of essential items such as clothing, school uniform and household essentials. If a child has a disability or additional needs, FTCT can also provide funding for therapies, mobility equipment and more.
