Electrolux Professional launches new online training portal for partner network during COVID-19 crisis
Electrolux Professional has launched a new online training platform for its network of laundry partners and distributors.
The informative sessions, which will be free to attend and conducted via video conferencing software, are set to focus on the many features, benefits and applications of the Electrolux range.
Training kicked-off on 2 April with the first course, titled ‘Clarus Vibe’, providing an introduction to the newly-launched Line 6000 range of commercial washing machines. The initiative got off to a fantastic start, with over 10 of Electrolux’s partner companies involved, represented by 21 individuals using the platform in unison.
Further courses are now planned for this week commencing 6 April, with two slots per module available to help maximise participation:
- Monday 6 April: 10:30am – 11:30am and 2pm – 3pm: Integrated Savings (Overview, How it Works, Features & Benefits and Programming)
- Tuesday 7 April: 10:30am – 11:30am and 2pm – 3pm: Intelligent Dosing (Overview, Connectivity, Programming and Installation Requirements)
- Wednesday 8 April: 10:30am – 11:30am and 2pm – 3pm: myPRO XL (myPRO Range, Features & Benefits and Target Segments)
Paul Frost, head of sales for laundry UK & Ireland at Electrolux Professional, comments: “It goes without saying that these are unprecedented times for textile care professionals and, first and foremost, we hope all of our partners, their customers, and their families are keeping safe.
“While we have closed down our Center of Excellence in Luton for the time being, we want to continue to help our partners in any way possible. We hope our new online training programme will provide partners, and their customers, with insightful and engaging training sessions that can be accessed remotely.”
Electrolux Professional will also offer bespoke one-to-one training via video conferencing to any partners interested in the opportunity.
