We are writing to update all attendees about CleanEx and Hospitality Expo 2021.

We, (the organisers) have been on constant watch about the impact of the vaccine programme and how it should result in a steep decline in COVID-19 cases by the end of Spring 2021. Official sources also state that we could be returning to some form of normality by the Summer.

This is of course is good news. However, after much discussion and careful consideration, we believe that our current event date of April 2021 is still too soon and carries too much risk.

We have made the decision to push CleanEx and Hospitality Expo back again to later in the year. The event will now take place on Sunday 26th and Monday 27th September 2021 at Ascot Racecourse.

After moving the event once already this was not a decision we wanted to make. This revised date has more certainty that a successful event could take place and that this was a better decision for both safety and footfall. We also know that it’s a huge logistical operation for exhibitors and organisers to get their products and equipment to the exhibition site, and in many cases, into the country – we did not want to leave any decision until it was too late.
We hope you understand our reasons and we continue to be extremely thankful for the support you have given us during this very difficult year we have all endured.

Please note that all hotel bookings made through us, and places at the networking dinner, have been transferred to the revised September dates. Relevant information on our websites will be updated in due course accordingly.
