CleanEx 2020 ready to take Ascot glory in April

There’s just over a couple of months to go until all the runners and riders line up at the legendary Ascot Racecourse for the fifth CleanEx 2020

– the UK’s only exhibition for the laundry, dry cleaning and textile care industry.

On 26 and 27 April the main grandstand at this iconic venue in Berkshire will be transformed into an exhibition space housing products, innovations and services from the leading suppliers to the industry. This fifth show will be the biggest yet and promises more exhibitors, bigger stands, new products and services, live demonstrations, free training, professional advice and free prize draws.

Many will have large laundry, dry cleaning and wet cleaning machinery on display and fully operational so CleanEx provides the perfect opportunity if you’re looking to make big purchase decisions. You’ll be able to compare equipment from a range of suppliers all under one roof, putting products through their paces and witness the results first-hand. Many exhibitors suggest you bring along garments that are in need of a clean and be ready to be impressed! Some will be offering show-only deals too!

The event is also incorporating Hospitality Expo. A brand new event run in partnership with the UK Housekeepers Association (UKHA) aimed at procurement managers, general managers and housekeepers from hotels across the country.

The National Laundry Group are also taking part and they will be running their annual conference at the event, so there will be a packed agenda for NLG members. They’ll also have a stand in the main exhibition hall where they’ll be on hand to talk to potential new members about the organisation. The Guild of Cleaners and Launderers are running training sessions and offering free advice on problem garments and textiles, with particular emphasis on stain removal and finishing. Visitors are invited to bring along a problem item for treatment.

CleanEx 2020 really will be an event for all in the industry. We will be welcoming launderers, dry cleaners, launderette operators, care home owners, members of the UK Housekeepers Association, hotels, and those looking to learn more about the textile care industry and its latest innovations.
