Christeyns UK invests in system to digitise maintenance on customer sites.

Bradford-based Christeyns UK has selected ManWinWin to provide a digitised CMMS system (computerised maintenance management system) for supporting maintenance and monitoring of chemical dosing and storage systems in place on customer premises.

Already proven in their Portuguese sister company, the UK will be the next operational region in Christeyns to adopt the system. ManWinWin provides a dashboard to monitor, in real time, all maintenance activities, both underway and pending. The system has a complete equipment inventory with detailed registration of technical characteristics, images and association of any type of document such as user manuals and check lists. Complete maintenance history can be recorded and data used to plan future maintenance events.

By using Smart Tags or QR code tasks directly on equipment, any maintenance tasks can be instantly recalled with details of the work schedule at hand. The system is totally mobile-friendly and accessible by tablet, PC or smartphone. Replacement parts can be ordered via a few clicks and dispatched overnight.

Operations director Justin Kerslake comments: “The adoption of this new CMMS will provide a much more comprehensive and efficient way for us to support our customers to run their business. It will mean that potential issues can be avoided, allowing for less machine downtime and service interventions.”
