Ask the Expert: Live Free Webinar: ‘Customer Service and Commercial Thinking’ – Monday 1 June @11am – YouTube channel ‘Marsh Project Solutions’
After the success of his first live webinar a couple of weeks ago, our regular Ask The Expert contributor Andy Marsh, is back with another titled ‘Customer Service and Commercial Thinking’ on YouTube this Monday 1 June @11am.
Andy will be discussing what customer service is and who is responsible, and how to make decisions that better serve the customer and protect your business. It’s about forming an ideology and communicating it around your business.
The session will run live and you can participate as much, or as little, as you want. Feel free to put forward questions and thoughts by typing in the comments box during the session. Andy, and others joining, will be able to see your comments and respond live – it’s a great way to share ideas and collectively discover better ways of doing things. Or, if you prefer, you can simply grab a coffee, sit back and watch. No-one will be able to see you so getting dressed and brushing hair is entirely optional! 😉
To join Andy in the live webinar and discussion:
Go to Andy’s YouTube channel ‘Marsh Project Solutions’ at Monday 1 June @11am. Andy will welcome you and introduce the webinar. As you watch the short 15-minute presentation Andy will be on hand to answer any questions you have, as well as run a live Q&A at the end.
