“The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place”

George Bernard Shaw

Communication. We all do it every day. But are we effective communicators? Are we getting our message across? Is communication delivered, communication understood? Are we easy to communicate with?

Effective communication is an essential tool in achieving productivity and maintaining strong working relationships within any organisation. With this in mind the Worshipful Company of Launderers is holding the second Oliver Family Education Fund Seminar in October 2019.

The speakers will share how their successful organisations were built upon effective communications and outline how we can learn from their experiences to the benefit of both ourselves and those we work with.

The conference will take place at: Launderers Hall,  9 Montague Close,  London  SE1 9DD, and is open to all companies in the laundry and cleaning industry
